The LAZARUS consortium is glad to organise this year's workshop "DevSecOps Research and Opportunities 2024" taking place on July 12, 2024 at Vienna (Austria). The event, co-located with the "IEEE European Symposium on Security and Privacy", aims to attract innovative, high-quality research on secure software development (DevSecOps) practices.
DevSecOps Reference Design: A community driven effort to define a DevSecOps Reference Design best suited for the needs of the EU security research and innovation practionners.
This initiative, promoted by EARTO Security and Defence group is open to any interested organisation or individual (e.g., policy makers, end-users, researchers), primarily from the EU security research and innovation community. The more support from relevant and representative entities of the community and the more contributions from domain experts we obtain, the better it will be for the success of this initiative. Last September 15th, the Commission presented a proposal for a new Cyber Resilience Act to protect consumers and businesses from products with inadequate security features. A first ever EU-wide legislation of its kind, it introduces mandatory cybersecurity requirements for products with digital elements, throughout their whole lifecycle.
